Our vet prescribed this dry weight management food along with Purina's canned product for one of our dogs who had put on an unhealthy amount of weight while being treated with steroids. It's certainly done the trick of helping manage his weight and he seems quite enthusiastic about eating it.

Our dog has a liver condition where she cannot digest any fat. This is the only kibble we can give her and it works well. She is a picky eater; however, so I suggest wet and dry food mixed OM makes both. Also buying this product through Amazon was great it delivered the next day with standard delivery!
