Tight Jacket

I must say I'm impressed with this jacket. After reading other reviews I was stoked for my jacket to arrive. As I ordered it in Oct there was no snow here in MN so on a cold, windy, wet, November day 38 with 35-40 mph wind gusted I decided to wear it to a college football game. I was warm as button and dry as can be. I can't wait to rock Vail, and Breck in Jan and Tahoe in Feb. Hopefully, they'll have some POW by then so I can rock some steep and deeps. I'm 5'11 185 pounds and a twiner on most jacket but the large fits like a glove, not baggy, sleeves are just right....Sweet Jacket!!!!!!

Best jacket ever

This jacket is incredible! I bought it after ski season here on amazon and got an INCREDIBLE deal. Have worn it skiing multiple times and I've never owned a better ski jacket. Keeps you warm and dry. The hood is plenty big for a ski helmet. Every pocket, zipper, jacket detail is very functional and smart, for example, I love the 2-way zipper on the pit zips. I bought the blue men's medium - fits me perfectly (5'11'', 170lbs). I also love this jacket just to wear around during a rainy day. Overall, incredible jacket; OR makes the best outdoor clothing.

As expected - mountable, dimmable

Mounts easily, 3/8" knockouts for easy connections, can be controlled by a TRIAC dimmer.I used with an Insteon 2475DA1 in-line dimmer for landscape lighting control, and it works wonderfully. Lighting works smoothly at all levels.I use it primarily at 60%, and it does emit a slight hum.

Super Chic and Modern at a Reasonable Price

These are a great alternative to the P. Starck version if you're not in a place where you can spend $500 plus per chair.I was very happy with the packaging and with the shipping speed. However one of the chairs did arrive with a scratch on the back rest which I find to be noticeable. I've place a claim through the seller and will hopefully get that one chair replaced.The other 3 chairs were in perfect condition (a couple of small scratches here and there but nothing noticeable or that would not eventually happen from normal wear and tear anyway).Overall I am happy with the purchase, love the chairs, love the look and think they make my apartment look incredibly chic and modern.I do hope my claim goes through however...

An advanced, high quality defense against wet & cold

This coat has lots of great features for cold weather activities. The attention to detail is typical of Mountain Hardwear, including waterproof zippers, great seams, above-average water repellant, etc. The Conduit fabric feels so soft that it's hard to believe it's so water repellant and durable. I like that it's made to endure the wear and tear of a backpack.It feels lighter and fluffier than I expected, and it's very comfortable to wear. The cut is athletic. I'm athletic, 6'2" 220lbs with broad shoulders, and an XL fits perfectly w/ enough room for layers underneath but not too baggy without them.It's only missing one thing to be "five stars." Since I'm so hot-blooded, I really wish it had pit zips. This thing breathes well enough that eliminating sweat isn't the problem; pit zips would just help me stay cooler when the climb gets steep.

Like the jacket

Overall I really like this jacket. It's comfortable, warm, stylish, etc.Having said that, here are the caveats:1) I am a 42" chest and I ordered a large. I have to say I might be inclined to order a medium if I were to order this again. Not sure, since I purchased on-line. But the large doesn't fit as athletically as I hoped.2) I was hoping for a little harder shell. This is NOT a hard shell. But if it proves to be as waterproof as claimed then it shouldn't be a problem.3) The front zipper was a huge problem for the first week. It was a lot of effort just to get the zipper started. Finally a little soap on the tip made the difference. I seriously almost returned it just because of the zipper.In short, I really like the jacket. The problems are mostly because I ordered on-line and didn't have a chance to see it or try it on before purchase.Over a year later: LOVE this jacket. Happy with the fit in the long run. This jacket is WARM when it needs to be, but is not hot when it doesn't need to be. Great design, would buy again in a minute.

Awesome Gear!

I bought this set for my 8/9 year old son. He loves it. It looks great...just like the pros! It is slightly too big, but we made some adjustments to the chest protector and it works. Easton makes some pretty good stuff. I think the chest protector should come with more adjustments. He is doing great with the equipment behind the plate. I would purchase it again. Amazon, Easton, and the seller were top notch!

Easton Youth Black Magic Catcher Set is great

I bought this for my 9 year old son who is 52" tall and weighs 68 pounds. The leg guards are big for him but he was able to move around well in them. He wore the knee saver pads (purchased separately)with them. We set the chest protector to the smallest size and that fit him OK too. The helmet consists of two pieces -- the main piece with the face mask and the back of the head piece that attaches with four elastic straps. One of the attachment snaps came off of the helmet and I thought it was broken at first but was able to snap it back into place. There's plenty of room for growth in the pieces so hopefully he should be able to wear the whole set for the next few seasons. The equipments seems durable and is easy enough for him to put on everything by himself. The box said this set is for ages 9-12. He wanted it for an early birthday present and loves it.

Not as good as it should be.

This watch looks great. The ergonomics on this watch are outstanding as well. However, the glass on the face of the watch is extremely cheap. After having the watch for only 1 week the face already has a scratch on it. This is not a hard use everyday watch. I have a casio with 2 years wear that has less damage. This should be a better watch for this price. do your self a favor and buy a G-shock.

I purchased this watch about 7 months ago, in the early part of my deployment to afghanistan. With the rough, and tough work I do this watch had no problem keeping up.. The Ballistic calculation option has really advanced my civilian shooting talent as well! I purchased a suunto as well, and well the suunto broke and the 5.11 is still on my wrist! Excellent watch

I have had this watch for about one year now and have been very happy with it. I have the OD color, and surprisingly, I get occasional compliments from men and even more women about how my watch is "cool" or "bad-@#%".Beyond looks, it has a lot of features. I havent had to rely on the compass, but if you go through its quirky initial setup it seems to be pretty reliable and accurate. However, if you dont bother following the instructions precisely the thing can be way off. The Sure Shot ballistics calculator is a neat feature, but you really need to read through the manual to grasp its functions and needed input. Otherwise you are waisting your time because scope adjustments will not be accurate. In general, although this feature is novel, all the added variables that must be entered using only 3 buttons becomes cumbersome and slow, and in the real world a shooter must be able to move much faster than I believe this system would allow, making it impractical.Other more useful features are: 3 time zone clocks, an alarm, a five minute timer, a stop watch, and day of the week, day, and month options.Physical features include a multi-directional turning bezel, and an extended watch band for wearing over heavier clothes during operations, which uses a metal quick-release buckle. The buckle on mine has never come undone on accident.Overall I am very pleased with this watch and the only design quark I dislike is the fact you have to use two identical alan/hex keys to unscrew pins you have can take off BOTH straps to remove the back plate for the battery. It's pretty annoying, but fortunately something not needed to be done often, and therefor does not affect my 5/5 rating of this watch.
