returning to amazon the day after gifting this to my girlfriend. at first glance the watch looked in good order, but after seeing it on my girlfriends wrist, it just didn't look right. upon further review, it turns out the white round piece that goes on the outside of the dial, just outside of the crystals, was simply not there. i could see what looked like glue marks where it was supposed to be. the white piece i was missing was not in the box, or on the floor of my house, and i can only assume was never properly attached to the watch. then to top it off, as I'm looking over my watch in disappointment, i noticed a crack in one of the ceramic links of the band. i have always been confident in ordering from amazon, but i feel ripped off. i am actually wondering if i was sold a fake fossil watch, as I'm sure a true fossil watch would have some quality control to make sure a watch of this disappointing quality was not sent out the door. to clarify, the watch was purchased thru "Gem Products" and fulfilled by Amazon.

this watch is gorgeous, great quality, the crystal is nice and thick, looks like it will be durable. This is the first chronograph that I've owned that I can actually use those features, very easy to set the additional dials, I'm VERY impressed with this watch and still can't believe how good the price was! So pretty! love the over-sized dial and the feel of the ceramic.

I bought the black version of this watch and loved it so much that I purchased the white one as well. It was shipped from MR. WATCH but purchased through Amazon. I bought it on June 17th. On July 4th, the pin holding the watch band to the watch. fell out and the watch fell off. I could only find one part of the pin so on July 5th,I called MR WATCH and was informed that it was not under warantee.........they only stand behind the watch itself, not the band. They told me to call FOSSIL which I did. FOSSIL informed me that it would be $32 for the part. Frustrated, I hung up and tried to go to several jewelry stores to see if they could fix it. I am VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED by the whole experience. MR. WATCH states that they will not take a return that has been worn already.So, here I am with a $200 watch that I cannot wear and am stuck trying to find someone to repair a watch that is less than 3 weeks old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. WATCH FOR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NIL.
