I now have 4 Fulltone pedals (Mini Deja Vibe, OCD, Fulldrive 2, and this one), and none of them disappoint; they are built like tanks and have a quality sound. This one goes from a mild distortion to substantial fuzz, but never becomes bee-buzzy like some fuff pedals do. Every note in a chord rings out on its own, instead of becoming just a mishmosh of noise, and the bass/treble controls are very effective in changing the tone. Kicking the bass all the way up almost gives you an Octavia-like upper octave. One incompatibility I found with this pedal (and this is common with other fuzzes) is that it doesn't play well with my Vox Wah; I get this oscillation when I have both on. I've read that I need some pedal to act as a buffer (any Boss, Ibanez pedal) in line first to stop the noise, but I've yet to try that. One star off for lack of response from Mike Fuller's website to a question I had.
