This scale is great for anyone looking to be serious with their health or professionally helping others. It has a great little guide inside. The price is worth it. I looked hard for another cheaper one with the same amount of features but there simply isn't one. This one beats them all.

This scale gave me even more than I was anticipating feature wise. This thing really has a lot of bells and whistles and is easy to set up. Personally I would never need more functionality out of a scale, though as with anything like this the body fat % is clearly inaccurate. Very happy and actually arrived well before the estimated date.
