Velcro(R) strap wraps over midfoot and is adorned by three leather button appliques. Lightly padded collar for comfort. Smooth leather lining, cushioned insole, flexible midsole. Textured rubber outsole for excellent grip and durability. Handmade.

one of the first things my mom told me when we were ready to buy shoes for our daughter was to please, please invest in good shoes for her. she is one year old and has been walking for a couple of months and the only shoes we had for her were stride rites which have been excellent. i was nervous about buying an unknown (to me) brand, especially one that is so expensive. my concern was that i would be paying for style but not comfort however livie and luca proved me wrong. my daughter is still growing into these but she wore them for the first time this weekend to a friend's birthday party. they are so funky, people were stopping to look at them. the little faux buttons are adorable and the vibrant red really stands out. the leather is soft but durable and the boots come up just to her ankle so it isn't a struggle for her to walk. most of all, she loved them. we put them on and after one or 2 tenative steps she was off and running. with the shoes she is outgrowing, she tries to take them off and often succeeds. she didn't try once with these. i'm so happy to have invested in these shoes and look forward to more livie and lucas in the future.

This is my grandson's second pair of the Livie and Luca london Boot....I had purchase the same one when he was much younger. I didnt know that they sell them in a bigger size....Im happy and so is my grandson.

The shoes are cute and bright. They stay firmly attached to little feet, once you manage to put them on.
