One of the grand kids cracked the laptop lcd screen,Best Buy did not want to replace the screen, said it was not worth it. ( it was only a year old )the warranty i purchased did not cover the screen.best buy wanted me to purchase a newer one.My friend Louie emailed the information for the ASUSlcd screen from your company to me, I bought the screen,Louie replaced the screen, simple fix. the laptop is up and running, grand kids are happy,I am happy, I did not have to buy a new laptop.Thank you, you saved me hundreds of dollars,the screen arrived on time as promised, was well packaged, no defects.i waited three months to write this review to make sure all was ok with the laptop.No problems, this company is Good to buy from.Do not waste your time and money with Best Buy,the customer service and products from ViewOne tech are much better, more quality bang for your hard earned dollar.

I received the screen in just a couple of days after I ordered it in perfect condition. It only took about 15 minutes to swap it out with the bad one. Worked perfectly when installed and no dead pixels as far as I can tell. Great replacement screen.

Very high quality screen and an excellent company as well. I first received a screen that was slightly different from the original, but the error (whether mine or theirs, I'm not sure) was quickly corrected, and the new screen is excellent. I highly recommend HighTechParts because of their courteous communication and quick response.
