First of all, customer service was great. I talked to them a few times prior to purchase. I had zero problems with delivery or installation. It holds my 10'8 SUP, my paddle, change bag and I hang my wetsuits from it. It's very sturdy and no sharp edges to ding your board or rip your suits. I'm extremely pleased with this rack and highly recommend it.
