Love it, the best thing since sliced bread. This made dealing with the swelling created from Total Knee Replacement a snap. Use as shown, then rotate 180 degrees to ice the under side of the knee. So cool, literally. I didn't have to buy the cooler and hose as my son-in-law already had the complete shoulder cuff system. The shoulder cuff will work on the knee, just not as effective. Much easier to use then ice/cold packs, especially if there is no one around to help, just keep by your side and apply as needed. Easy to add ice and maintain.
