5Easy to build, strong and sturdy.
By Fredel Fruhman
Based on the reviews of others, and having looked at many different versions of clothes racks, I chose this one, and so far I am very pleased. The box that the rack came in was packed into an outer cardboard box, so it arrived in perfect condition. It took me less than 10 minutes to put together. I found the instructions to be very clear. A screwdriver is required in order to attack two clamps to a bottom rod. If you don't plan to fold up the rack, the clamps are not necessary. The height is easy to adjust, but I would recommend removing all clothing before adjusting. We have about 50 large-sized t-shirts on the rack, with room for more, and there is space on the bottom rods for a box or two. for additional storage. I have not tried to roll the rack, but I don't think there would be a problem, as long as the load is evenly balanced. Before purchasing the rack, I tried to get a straight answer about exactly how long the rods are, but was unsuccessful, so here are the measurements: When both of the extensions are pushed in, the rod is 50 inches long. EACH end can be pulled out by approximately 11 inches, making the total possible length 72 inches. Even though the extensions seem to be quite strong, I would not put heavy coats on them, but would use them for lighter objects (right now, I'm keeping spare hangers there).

5very very nice
By jessica
it was easy to put together, less than 5 minutes, bare hands, one klutzy short woman. It is very sturdy. It has nice solidly functional wheels that would roll nicely on carpet and will not break in ordinary use like so many cheaply constructed wheeled things I have had before. I have used it mostly for hanging washing machine wet clothes to dry with a fan pointed at it. When clothes come out of my washer they are heavier than dry but they never drip at all, I have never been concerned about the weight. Its nice, well made and folds down easily too.

5Easy to Use
By ColleenK
I bought this garment rack to hold 20-30 lightweight garments. This is a great commercial grade garment rack. It is easy to put together - it took me less than five minutes. I needed a rack primarily for studio use and photo shoots. This rack is sturdy, easy to move around, and light enough to travel with. Would recommend to anyone.
