This is a very cute bike. I ordered two for my twin granddaughters. One of them had chipped paint do to packaging. It may be my mistake but I did not see anywhere that training wheels were included. I ordered two sets that I now need to return.

My daughter is 4 years old but is very tall (43") and the 16" bikes were too small and the 20" bikes are still too big. There are not many styles of 18" bikes...so we were lucky to find this. The bike comes partially assembled and it only took about an hour to put together. The instructions are a tad generic but most of it is intuative. The good:My daughter loves the bike and the pocket / bag in the front. She puts her stuffed animals and even the mail in there. It is girly without being a pink mess. The size is absolutely perfect and the peddles work very well. The bad:Try and try as I might I could not get the handbrake not to "stick" on the tire once it was squeezed. I tried to loosen the cable, tighten the cable, and then tighten the nut until it eventually broke. I ended up taking the whole hand brake off...the brakes by pushing the peddles back are adequate.I would have gave 5 stars if not for the handbrake...otherwise, it is a great bike for a tweener girl.

This was a good buy for the money. Daughter loves it and it fits her perfectly with room to grow.Couple of things I noted:1. It came with training wheels and no kickstand. If you're buying it for a girl who knows how to ride a two wheeler, pick up a kickstand for it.2. The front tire hand brake is cheaply made (obviously) and shifts to the left when you squeeze the handle. This causes the rubber stopper on the right side to rub the tire rim constantly. I adjusted it as much as I could but could not get the pads to stay lined up properly. Too tight and it stayed centered but the brakes would not open back up.
