This is a great heart monitor for anyone who is into cardio exercises. It's simple and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. It's a wonderful product and the price is way less then the rest of the competition. I like this monitor better than my Polar brand monitor.

I love this watch/monitor. I use it when I'm biking ( non stationary bike ) to let me know when to stop and take a breather to slow my heart rate. I'm not too sure about its accuracy because it's clocked my heart rate at as fast as 230BPM, I'll be asking my doctor about that. The down side is that the clasp that keeps the strap around your chest is hard to get it closed BUT it holds pretty good it hasn't come off me while I'm riding my bike no matter how many miles I ride.
