Vacupack Elite offers features no other residential style vacuum sealer has. An ability to seal a wet bag without the bag failure. The Vacupack Elite offers one of a kind crimping heat bar that easily seals wet bags on the first try. The pump and motor are protected by a diversion water trap.
The Stainless Steel case is an eye appealing European design also made from 1st grade stainless steel that does not rust.
The pump and motor pull a consistant 26-27 hg using all brands of textured bag material. The soft jaw feature of the Vacupack Elite makes it very bag friendly. This allows consumers to purchase bag materials that suit their needs most. The Vacupack Sous Vide bags from Italy are included with the machine.
The Vacupack Elite offers a high production rate for a residential style vacuum sealer. Consumers can expect a 35-60 bag seal rate per session. At which time the unit should be allowed cooled to pervent damage from overheating.
The Vacupack Elite inclueds a 2 Year Warranty and a 5 Year Service Contact. The only residential vacuum sealer to offer such an incredible warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse such as constant overheating. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Great product. I have owned three other types of vacuum sealers and this one is by far the most durable. The vacuum attachment pump in the others always burned out, rendering sealing jars and canisters useless. This sealer has protection for the pump and parts can be replaced. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with the quality of this product. The Vacupack Elite is a heavy duty vacuum sealer that is powerful enough, and resilient enough, to be used even in intense business settings. What a wonderful investment it turned out to be. The quality construction provides an excellent seal while being easy enough that both my wife and I had no trouble using it. Unlike many other models that require the user put a lot of effort or strength into the seal by pushing down, the Vacupack Elite Sealer does all the work for you. A great way to save money in the long run if you want a truly high quality product and use it as much as my wife and I have!

To counter all of the excessively glowing reviews previously, I have to say that this is indeed a good sealer. It's fairly simple to use, and does a good job on textured bags. Weaknesses would be that smooth sided bags won't vacuum without some creative approaches, due to no form of straw, or insert to form a suction in the absence of channels in the bag. The directions that come with the sealer say no liquids, despite contrary notes I've read elsewhere. The snorkel does stand up a bit, so a slight amount of liquid would work, as long as it didn't go into the pump, but care is needed. I've sealed a fair number of bags at this point, and generally am pleased with the performance of the unit. I do wish that the heat seal bar was closer to the foam seal of the vacuum, and the leading edge of the sealer, to minimize wasted bag space, and head room on bulky items, but I've found that with most sealers you're losing 1 1/2 - 2" on the seal end of the bag whenever you seal one anyway. The seal is almost always complete, and sound, although I've had a few bags that didn't seal right, it's usually turned out to be a failure on my part to get the bag contents off the heat seal bar, or a bad wrinkle in the bag.
