For starters, let me say we love our UppaBaby - good product and good customer service support the two times it didn't perform as expected. We also own an Orbit system, as well as a jogging stroller, UppaBaby umbrella stroller and Baby Jogger running stroller, so I think I've sampled enough strollers to know a good one and to know when problems are user error. All of that said, haven't been overly impressed with the swap kit. The one we received was manufactured poorly and we had to get an immediate replacement. For starters, even when assembled correctly, the the canopy drooped in the middle, touching the top of my daughter's head. The U-shaped plastic support also kept falling out of the side which didn't happen on our other fabric set. Though our original canopy was taut, I let it go when the customer service rep told me that's how it was designed and to give it another try. We also had a problem because the U-shaped The next day, one of the pieces of plastic boning on the sun shade popped out of the plastic, and my daughter pulled it out, so I taped it, concerned it would scratch her face/eye. Frustrated, I called again to complain and UppaBaby promptly sent me a new fabric kit which works and fits perfectly. So as long as you get a non-defective set, I highly recommend the swap kit and would just say to call for a replacement immediately if it doesn't work like your original seat - don't try the workarounds! Oh, and the Maya color is great, but a bit more maize color than it appears on my computer.How we use it: We bought the kit just to change up the look and to have another seat when we're cleaning/drying the other one.About the reviewers:
