This really puts the edge back on your knives. Setup takes a little bit for each knife, but if you follow the directions and keep a record of your knife setups then you can put that edge back on in no time. Very well built and will last a lifetime.

This thing is the bee's knees: my knives are so sharp they can cut through the fabric of space-time. I used to use a pull-through knife sharpener before... amateur move. Those things make it too easy to mangle your knives if you can't hold a consistent angle as you draw the blade through the stones. That was my biggest problem. Sometimes, my dad would twist the knives in those things, giving the edges a nice little kink. The Wicked Edge takes care of both of those problems. Lesson learned.
