I cannot say enough about this cutter. It was delivered on time, no damages, and the DVD instruction is thorough and easy to understand. I use illustrator -- the Cutting Master plug-in was easy to download. Go to Graphtec's website to find the current updated version. I started with Siser Easy Weed vinyl for t-shirt apparel. I am brand new to this field and have already cut typeface and a vector drawing. It took me about two weeks to get things in order -- but my mistakes were small. I called different suppliers and they were very friendly and helpful. US Cutter offered tips, as well as Specialty Graphics. The machine places the media well, and has many capabilities, as it can handle a variety of materials for different applications. Decide what material you would like to use (indoor, outdoor vinyl, apparel, etc.) do your research -- suppliers, YouTube instructional videos -- and order this cutter. (I ordered from US Cutter.) You won't regret it. Did I mention it comes with its own stand?
