I have a Gateway NV78 802u and my screen broke... I ordered this with the cheapest shipping possible and I got the screen in 4 days. This product came supper bubble wrapped for protection and came with an instruction sheet on how to replace the screen. The instructions were okay, but could've been a little longer and more detailed. Anyway, if you already know how to replace a screen than you really don't care about instructions. Installation for me was a breeze and all looks good. No problems at all with the screen so far and I'm typing this review using the screen. Keep in mind, if you don't know how to replace a screen think twice before you try to DIY this. Also, it helps if you have the screen plugged in and laptop turned on while you screw the screen into place because the screen glows and the screw holes light up for easy placement...
