We purchased this faucet for our staff kitchen, where large coffee airpots get washed at the end of the day. This faucet is super functional, it has a great pull down action and a spray function, and hence a low splashing propensity. It has a fine control action for adjusting water temp and volume - love it. It's tall enough to get large items underneath with ease. This thing is SOLID and beautiful, people can't believe this is in the staff kitchen. We wanted something that served a purpose, ease of cleaning large items in our sink without extra mess, and this really fit the bill perfectly. The only negative was that the soap dispenser had a defective pump (apparently there was a batch that had this issue); however, I contacted Kraus and they replaced it asap with the new and improved model without question. The new one works perfectly. Great customer service, and a great product. Very happy, we would recommend.

Love this faucet and soap dispenser! Everyone that comes to the house comments about how sleep and sexy it is. I love that with as ammazing as it looks it actualls works really well!!!

Very well built and solid faucet. Love the toggle that keeps the spray or stream on that setting even after you have turned off the faucet.
