During our recent visit to Cairo, this map, used with a Garmin 650, was invaluable, from keeping taxi cabs honest, finding a nearby pharmacy or restaurants. We found it very accurate. Best of all, you know you won't get lost; this was especially reassuring because we don't speak or read Arabic. The only thing this map needs is more POIs. We would have liked to know the names of buildings, mosques and other sights we were passing. Also note that because Arabic is transliterated to English in different ways, you may have to try several spellings for the Garmin to find what you are looking for. But if you search generically, such as "bookshop" or "coffee shop" or "bank" or "museum", the Garmin will find what is nearby. Considering the chaos that is the Cairo street system, someone has put a lot of good work into this map product.

it is an Ok but not a perfect navigation, it doesn't know the directions for most of the streets, it takes you through side ways instead of the main streets, not a full coverage for points of interest (about 80%), I think google maps make better maps and navigation but this one is still ok.
