The picture for this item does not do it justice--the striped pattern is really elegant. I was not in love with the stripes when i saw the picture but i knew i couldn't do a flat white because i'll eventually have a nosebleed and stain my pillowcase. The stripes will hide stains better, and i'll just make sure to keep sleeping on one side of the pillow. Overall quality seems excellent so far. Let's just hope it stands up to the test of time.
