This product is nothing short of a miracle. Last May I fell and developed a huge bruise on my butt which turned into a huge lump. It protruded and was the size of my fist creating a shelf large enough to hold a cup of coffee! I tried deep tissue massage, ultrasound, physical therapy, acupuncture almost everything to try to reduce the lump. My Canadian sports physical therapist recommended this product and my lump has disappeared. I'd add pictures but I'll leave that to your imagination. Every morning and night I use this roller for adjusting my spine and to keep my muscles limber. Highly recommended I'd give it more stars if that was possible and I would recommend the smaller version as this one requires a lot of space. I've used 4 different sizes and densities and they all serve different purposes. The results will amaze you and you'll want to give one to a loved one just because it works.
