This Hermann Miller knock off looks good, operates nicely, and is comfortable. The product matched the description and photo on the website, and delivery was quick and trouble-free. The leather appears to be of reasonable quality, but only time will tell. Assembly was easy, although I had to press one C-clip onto a caster with pliers to allow it to fit into the base properly. If you can afford an officially licensed version, buy it. If not, this is a good compromise. By the way, the guys who designed these chairs in the sixties must have always worn suits, because those chrome arm rests are cold on bare skin!)
