This pen appears solid and perfect for our two outdoor cats, but the package arrived with only the gate sections. No hardware; no instructions. Instructions maybe not needed -- set-up appears self-explanatory, but panels obviously require some kind of connector pins. Have inquired of vendor; will update review after this issue is (hopefully) resolved.Update: Pins sent within 24 hours of inquiry. Very satisfied with service.

This animal pen was just like the picture.Built to last. The latch was bent during shipping , but overall it is a good sold cage.

Received the pen quickly and with out issue. it was easy to set up and we are currently using it inside. It is a high quality pen, not like the thin wired brass pens you see everywhere. The latches are secure and sturdy. Also it is very easy to configure and reconfigure. Will most definitely buy a second set to create a play area in our garden area as our puppy grows. The only thing I was pleasantly surprised by was in the picture the piping around the top and bottom looked to me like thicker rounded pipe but in actuality it is a squared thinner metal. Overall the only thing that kept me from saying this is the most perfect pen ever created is that the pins holding the gates together are rather long and sit rather high and loose when used indoors (making it hard to pick up and move around while connected together). However, it seems this is by design as it would be rather ingenious for outdoor use because I assume those pins are long so they can be pushed into the ground as an anchor point (if on dirt or grass). Any highly recommend this to anyone thinking of getting a pen (as we tried the brass ones and plastic ones, none where of this quality or usefulness).
