The crystals dissolve easily and whip up just like regular fresh eggs. The cooked scrambled eggs had the texture and flavor of real eggs!

My wife and I were very surprised. The eggs, in water, look just like real fresh eggs. They cooked just like real eggs and tasted then real eggs. We love these and will be getting more for long term storage.

Good product.Good taste not graney or grtty at all. Just like fresh eggs. You do have to make sure you mix them well before cooking
