These boots are very comfortable right out of the box. The pair I received runs true to size. Overall I am satisfied with these boots.Things I like about the Danner 1200g Pronghorn boots:-comfortable enough to wear in the woods all day-lightweight (considering the amount of insulation)-warm-well-designed sole to maintain grip on all types of terrain-scuff-proof heel and toe seem to live up to the nameThings I dislike about these boots:-fairly expensive for a boot that is made in China and not able to be resoled-one of the boots I received arrived with some excess glue on the leather. This isn't something I expect from a boot in this price range.

These are worth every penny. I have the little brother to these as well. (800 grams) They are cofortable right out of the box and keep my feet toasty
