I purchased this chain for my loved wife for her birthday. It arrived quickly in elegant velvet finished box. It looks beautiful and rich. The picture on listing does not show how gorgeous this product is. However the disappointment came when my wife tried the chain and it turned to be too short. When purchasing, I made length selection based on one of pictures shown in product listing but this chain aligns completely different from typical thin chains I have seen before. Because it is flat, it lines up nicely along the neck but naturally with much larger radius. So with most of my wife chains being 16 inch, this one would had to be replaced with 20 inch version to look right on her beautiful neck. Thanks for great replacement policy I was able to simply return the chain and get a new one in no time. My wife was very happy, so was I. This is great looking shiny solid gold rich looking chain that is hard to find in this quality for the price.
