Cheap for a reason, poor quality!! After two washes and only (one), let me repeat one flat ironing, split ends everywhere. Had to cut after day 3. Then it split ended again! I contacted the company but they said there are no returns and that I could be potentially damaging the product by my misuse. While I understand that they don't want to have returns and their liability that someone could have actually abused their hair in 3 days--I am writing this review so other people know about the hair quality. That way if in 3 days (I used professional Redken for brown hair line and heat protective spray) the hair is irreversibly damaged, you will not be suprised.However, I did give it a "OK" review because it is cheap. If your purchasing this for a few spots to thicken your hair up, I would say go for it. If your doing a whole head length--please use caution before buying this product. I can't speak on if their quality has improved since I purchased the pieces or not, but my hair pieces were bad! Also just to add a note for comparison. I went to Sally's and got the same type of hair. It lasted for 2 months. I had to take this product out in 8 days!

I have had the same extensions in for 4 months and the hair still look great. Either I got a lucky batch, or this hair is top quality.
