Target works exactly as described. The only con is your field tip must be exactly the same diameter as your arrow insert. My field tips were only a hair larger than the insert, which made pulling the arrow a real chore. When I say only a hair, I mean that literally. They probably weren't even a full hair larger. The field tip snags on the webbing, and you really have to jerk the arrow out. I will have to invest in some new field tips or shave down the tip a little.
