Woll Induction Square Grill Pan with Detachable Handle 11 InchIf you want even heating in a square induction fry pan this is it. It has a thick aluminum base that distributes heat evenly. Even though this is a grilling pan, eggs do not stick, not even a bit. The durable surface is the best non-stick surface I have experienced. The only downside is this pan is relatively heavy. If you want even heat across a square pan there is no choice, the pan has to have a sufficiently thick heat conducting construction.
