Based on Maxpedition's F.I.G.H.T. pouch platform and designed by the Tactical Development Group, this is indeed the "Mighty Mite" of major Trauma Kits. The tear-away bag design makes the whole kit and its contents accessible in seconds. The outer pocket contains Chest Seals and Tourniquets. Inner compartments hold copious bandaging supplies, nasopharyngeal airway, Hemostatics and Shears. Celox Trauma Gauze provides super-versatile hemostatic action and is also suitable for treating 1-2nd degree burns, as it turns to a hydrogel immediately upon contact with water. A 35 gram packet of Celox granules is also included, for use in situations where large irregular wounds are bleeding profusely. Tremendous capability in a relatively tiny package.

The Tactical Development Group Trauma Kit by Rescue Essentials is an impressive and practical kit to handle major trauma. The contents of this kit are high quality and full of utility. Maxpedition makes very high quality gear that is rugged, durable, and will stand up to abuse. One of the aspects that I really like with this trauma kit it that it has built in redundancy. There are two tourniquets, two chest seals, and multiple methods for handling severe bleeding. This is an excellent kit to treat an individual with multiple systemic trauma or multiple individuals. All of the contents are top quality except for the SWAT-T tourniquet which in my opinion is not as effective as the Combat Application Tourniquet. Some minor adjustments that I would make to this kit would be to include 2-3 pairs of Nitrile gloves, add 4 packets of Water Jel Burn Jel, Pain Relief 25 ea, and add a small LED flashlight such as the Streamlight 66318 MicroStream C4 LED Pen Flashlight.I highly recommend The Tactical Development Group Trauma Kit as it is an effective trauma kit. Most kits have components that are cheap quality but not this kit. In fact, this is one of the best "pre-packaged" kits that I have seen on the market.

This is not a cheap kit filled with junk. This has almost everything you need to save lives from gunshot wounds. Hands down the best. You get what you pay for. The maxpedition bag is sweet, the products inside are top notch. I did add a few things, but overall extremely happy I got everything I needed in one place for when I head to the range.
