I have no complaints with the product, or the vendor. My packaging was in great shape and the tuners are more than I expected honestly. I have been shopping around for about a year for the tuners for my guitar; and with no luck in finding something that was suitable. I took a chance on the Grover brand and to my excitement it was what I had wanted. Craftsmanship is A-1, and lock mechanism is such a joy to use and not fuss with loose strings coming out. Highly recommend this product!
