I really hesitated before shelling out the money for this top, but now that I've had it on hand for several months, I feel it was worth the cost.I live in the Wisconsin countryside where, for several months of the year, walking my dog each morning subjects me to some really cold temperatures which are often made more severe by a fair amount of wind. Without the right clothes for the weather, it can become far too easy to make excuses to skip the walk - something that wouldn't be good for the dog OR for me. My son suggested I try Under Armour, a brand he's been using for years and this is the first piece of it I've tried.This top is comfortable and non-restrictive, it's wonderfully warm and it washes up beautifully. It also doesn't scream "long underwear", so if it appeals to you, it could double as a casual knit top. Aside from coughing up the price, I can't think of a single drawback. I'd buy it again and I'll look for additional pieces from this brand.
