By far the best ice therapy system for your knee. I use ice packs, gel packs, gel packs with holes in them for my knee.This by far is the best way for me to reduce inflammation, and pain after a bout on the soccer field.The coverage is perfect (extends above and below the knee, and along sides of knee).When full of ice and water, it will last long enough to ice both knees for 3 or 4 times at 15 minute intervals.I also love the fact that I can put more ice in, and re-apply after an hour or so of not icing.I have never tried using hot water in it, and I don't own the ice water pump.
