I feel that anyone looking to spend the requisite $200 or so on a comfort mat is placing it inside your home. Here is where the problem lies. Although the mat itself is well constructed and designed, WellnessMats decided to put its very noticeable (about 7" x 3") name deeply stamped in the upper right corner. If you have a nice kitchen or bathroom you may want to pass as it cheapens the look of a well thought out or pricey design. Unless you are buying Gucci or Louie (and even then) who wants to brand for a company in your home? If the mat is going into a laundry room or garage, its a winner, but buying a commercial mat is half the price of this product.

Bought the wellness mat in April 2011, works great when standing for long periods of time when doing dishes after company has left. No more sore feet or back. The mat is now stained and dirty so I bought Barkeepers Friend cleaner as recommended by their customer service. Today I place a mat on a towel outside proceeded to clean it with Barkeeper Friend, Dawn dish Soap, Ivory Laundry Soap, Lysel Cleaner, The Pink solution and Fantastic spray cleaner. The end result after an hour of scrubing was some dirt came off but not all, no stains removed. I rate this product a five for it's intended to do but less than one for cleaning.

I've had two surgeries on each knee and a low-back fracture, so am frequently in pain, and especially when standing. I love to cook "from scratch" which requires considerable time standing on a hard kitchen floor. After reading product descriptions and revues on a variety of floor mats, I purchased a 3>2 ft Anti-Fatique Wellness Kitchen Mat. The result was a noticible decrease in knee and back pain, so much so that I subsequently purchased a 6x2 ft Wellness mat to extend anti-fatique coverage from the kitchen sink to beyond my stove and refrigerator. The mats are expensive but, for me, money well spent for the relief of pain provided.
