I have used this fan twice in my house to either add a new fan or update an older one.Installation was fairly straightfoward, although the instructions could be clearer. For example there are multiple mounting methods (flush, vs downrod) that use different screws. There is no master parts list supplied saying which screw is which, and the picture in installation guide often does not match the actual screw to be used. Finally some screws are supplied with extras and some are not. Nothing insurmountable, but it could definately be clearer.The fan moves a good deal of air for it's size and it's quiet.My only real complaint is that it would be nice if the light output was higher.

We installed these in the bedrooms of our new home about 10 years ago. They work wonderfully and are planning to take them out and take them with us to our new house!

We bought this fan for room that we converted to a fitness room. Can't beat the price. We painted the blades and some of the metal to match the trim in the room came out great. Liked it so much we bought a second one for the next bedroom we remodeled.
