This is my second pair of Florsheim's and I'll be coming back. While many of their shoes aren't quite my style I find myself still looking for a decent pair of Florsheim's when I can because of the great quality, comfort, and understated style. Below is my rating for the shoe by different categories.Sizing (10/10): One of the most important elements of a shoe when buying online is to make sure it fits so you don't have to go through the hassle of returning it or exchanging it for a different size. The sizing is as described and fits my slightly wide 10.5 feet.Comfort (9/10): I'm not sure what kind of cushions they use in the insole, but it's soft without being mushy and quickly molds to your feet after you break it in. The shoe is not too heavy or too light. I did find that at the end of the day though, it does tend to slightly loosen up.Out sole (8/10): A very standard rubber out sole. Nothing fancy and is good at preventing minor slippage if wet outside.Looks (9/10): With a nice pair of jeans, these shoes look refined yet casual. It's a perfect shoe to wear to the office. The suede is a good break from all of the standard leather found in some offices. The mocha color that I get is also the exact color as pictured on the website so there were no surprises.Just be careful about keeping the suede away from anything that could mark it. I can tell that cleaning the shoe as with any suede would not be easy.

bought a pair of Florsheim's "Haswell Gored Boat Shoe" (Red), original price was listed at $130 CAD (yes things are more expensive in Canada). 'The Bay' (Hudson Bay Company) in Alberta was having a summer 30% discount store-wide, and on that week only, a further 30% reduction on most men's shoes, so it was priced at $63.69 CAD. With a HBC Credit Card I got an additional 20% discount, so I only paid $50.95 CAD. woot!Overall a classic looking shoe for the preppy college look or country club lounge/casual look. Goes well with a Polo shirt and a nice pair of berms, but only wearable during Summer and early Fall. Really comfortable and trendy design, be prepared for lots of compliments and looks from others on the street!I highly recommend it, even at the full regular price!

I bought these for my husband because he needed a nice casual shoe to wear with his jeans. He gets soo many compliments off this shoe! I love Florsheim and so does he! He would recommend this shoe to anyone. I do wish that Florsheim came in 1/2 sizes after 12, but they don't so my husband had to get a 13 instead of a 12 1/2.
