I have tried several different devices to get video from one room to another and this is the one that has worked the best. The picture quality and the range are both very good. The only problem I have had with this unit is that the performance of the remote extender has been inconsistent. I ended up buying a separate device for that.I have tried the 2.4gHz wireless devices, and they are really bad. They just don't have enough range and the picture quality was terrible.The phone line transmitters from Leapfrog work fine, but you need to run a phone cord between the two devices or have a phone jack near both the sender and the receiver. Even then, the picture quality is not always that great.
