This particular brand of Saucony uses "Celliant" fiber technology. No question this stuff works. After a killer workout if I put this on for my recovery(I am talking about the "Recover" item--they also have a "Training" item which helps too) I am not sore the next day. Swear to you. I love this and use it religiously.
