As mentioned before, this hitch fits Ford E-150 without any drilling. I installed it on a 2011 E-150 and the hardest part was removing the existing hardware. All you'll need is a 3/4" wrench and perhaps a cheater bar. It's a good-looking, apparently strong hitch at a very good price.

Bought this hitch for my 2002 Ford E150 van. The hitch itself arrived in a broken box, but survived relativity unscathed other than some minor paint chips. The build quality of the hitch is excellent and it appears to be a very nice product that should last for many years. Installation was very straight forward and the product description stating "no drilling required" was accurate. The hitch mounted to existing frame holes and no drilling was required to bolt it up. I installed the hitch by myself by supporting it on jack stands and sliding it under the truck. The hitch easily bolted right up and was a perfect fit. Installation took maybe 20 minutes with no assistance. I am very impressed with this product. Will definitely buy from this company again in the future. Solid product, accurate description and simple installation.

I purchased this for my 2011 Ford E 150. The holes all lined up perfectly and it is nice and tight. It does not interfere with the spare. I like it.
