We ordered this Chandelier & when it arrived we discovered that three of the globes were broken, we contacted Hardware House & they promptly shipped three replacement globes. When they arrived we found that there was a slight but noticible difference in the color of the replacements versus the original globes. We contacted Harware House again and they promptly shipped us three more replacement globes so we were able to pick out five identical globes & it looks Great! -- Hardware house offers products of excellent value & adds exceptional service!

We love the chandelier. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and Hardware House was incredibly responsive in sending us a replacement for one of the cracked globes.
