I busted my wifes screen a couple months after I bought her laptop and I ordered this hoping to the gods it would work. Well it did and was very easy to install. i am still alive and getting fed.

For taking the screen apart and putting it back together, I followed the tutorial at this link:[...]I recommend writing down how you unplug everything (including the screws). After putting the computer back together, I had to take the computer apart. I repeated this four times, and it was quite frustrating. However, I did get everything working and was quite pleased. This was certainly was better than buying a new laptop.P.S.Be Sure to label every single screw you take out, otherwise you'll have the same trouble I did earlier.
