I purchased this item to remodel my basement. I did my bathroom framing by hand...you know hammer and nails and I mean lots of nails and lots of pounding. So when I decided to remodel my large family room in the basement I knew I needed something to lower my stress level and make it easier. If I'm not going to hire someone to finish it for me I might as well spend a little money and make it easier on myself, right? Well, I did just that and I couldn't be happier. My bro and I framed up my entire basement in under two hours!! It was four times the size of my basement bathroom. This thing is awesome. Easy to use and powerful. I had no issues with it. Once this snow melts I plan on using it to put up a 6' privacy fence around my back yard...I'm sure it will be up to the challenge. I have also let friends use it to do projects around their homes and they love it. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is a DIY man/girl.

This nail gun is rugged and takes a beating from my crew daily. Two perks on this nail gun are the joist clip and being able to pull the head back to shoot a rogue nail. The clip saves the gun from from being dropped all day, works on rafters too( depending on pitch). The rogue nail feature is great when you need to just tack something quick. Adjustable head makes for easy nail depth adjustment from 12's to 8's.

I only use this tool occasionally.I bought it for a hard to get to framing project that took very little use.A year later when I needed to use it,the O ring kit needed to be replaced.Dewalt sent me to a unreliable repair shop that had it hostage for 3 months and way more than I expected to pay for under warranty.I own a lot of Dewalt items but would strongly suggest to stay away from this pneumatic.
