Never written a review...but this product made me chagrinned. Bought it for a new TV, excited to be able to replace home stereo system since it had an iPod dock; the dock worked twice and now we get a "noncompatible" message on our iPod Nanos...iPod Shuffle won't play...iPod touch won't play...iPhone 4 won't play! (yeah...we went Apple) so...if the main *zazz* feature doesn't work...poor product. AND it appears that JVC quit making them and THIS is the only customer review ont he web! don't buy one. we're returning it today.

I bought this unit as a refurbished item... And it was in brand new shape.. Even the plastics inside looked new..I tell you this is one great unit.. It really give my TV a bigger sound and I love it .. and as for the Ipod Doc.. I love it..I took an old iphone and loaded it up with my music library and it sounds awesome... I now turn on the music and get myprojects going..... Great unit ..

Purchased at FRY's for $150. The sound is decent, but not great. It works fine for my needs. I just wanted to improve the sound of my Sony Bravia flat screen, which has speakers that point down (and can be difficult to hear) and this soundbar does the trick. The additional features (FM radio and IPOD dock) make for a nice addition to the bedroom.
