Excellent Customer Service. I dropped it directly from the packaging and the glass/crystal rod end cracked. I contacted the company once and it was sent immediately! Rods were easy to hang and looks great in my living room!

This curtain rod is very nice for the price. It looks really nice and has a nice feel to it...not too cheap. When I first ordered the silver one it came quickly but it was black. When I contacted the vendor they did the exchange quickly without a problem. I know that mistakes do happen so I didn't hold it again the vendor as the problem was resolved in a very professional manner.
